Aamir Younas Raja is the Founder and Managing Partner of AYR LEGALS and an Advocate of the High Court with more than 15 years of legal experience. He holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law and advises individuals, entrepreneurs and businesses on trademark registration and protection, patents, copyrights, brand enforcement and Amazon-related legal matters. He assists clients in protecting, managing and enforcing their intellectual property rights across multiple jurisdictions.

Kadijah C. McNeill is a North Carolina-licensed attorney and the Founder of The Law Office of K.C. McNeill, PLLC. Abdul Wahab Akram is a cross-border lawyer registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) in England and Wales and the Founder of APEX LEGAL UK. His practice focuses on trademarks, registered designs, patents, intellectual property enforcement, commercial contracts, e-commerce and Amazon disputes, and international business matters.
Working in collaboration with AYR LEGALS, he assists businesses, entrepreneurs and international clients with UK and cross-border legal matters, including proceedings before the UK Intellectual Property Office and WIPO. He is also registered as a Legal Representative through the FIFA Legal Portal.
Rai Qaiser Imran Khan
Rai Qaiser Imran Khan is an intellectual property attorney with more than five years of experience in trademark, patent and copyright matters. He holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law and provides both registration and litigation support to individuals and businesses.
His practice includes trademark searches and filings, patent applications, copyright registration, responses to examination objections, infringement matters, enforcement proceedings and intellectual property litigation. He assists clients in protecting, managing and enforcing their intellectual property rights through practical and commercially focused legal solutions.

Maryam Aamir
Maryam Aamir is an Associate and Legal Manager at AYR LEGALS. She holds an LL.B. degree and has extensive experience in intellectual property law and Amazon-related legal matters.
Her work includes trademark searches and filings, copyright and patent matters, responses to examination objections, brand-protection issues and intellectual property enforcement. She also assists clients with Amazon Brand Registry, listing complaints, account-related disputes, infringement claims and appeals.
As Legal Manager, Maryam coordinates client matters, manages filing processes and works closely with the firm’s associated counsel to ensure that each matter is handled efficiently and professionally.
